2. Description of Coaching

Coaching is a partnership between the Coach and Client in a thought-provoking, reflective, and supportive process designed to help the Client develop clarity, confidence and practical strategies for parenting a teenager experiencing school avoidance.

Coaching is future-focused and supports personal growth, resilience, and empowered decision-making.

3. Nature of the Program

  • Generalised parenting frameworks and mindset-based skills

  • A supportive, confidential learning environment

Between-session support may be offered by email if deemed appropriate by the Coach.

The Client understands and agrees that:

  • Coaching is not psychological counselling, therapy, psychiatry, or medical treatment.
